Association (ITSPA) 4th annual awards. The ceremony took place on Wednesday 21st March in the House of Commons Members Dining Room, and was hosted by Dr Julian Huppert MP and Vice Chair of the Parliamentary Internet Communications and Technology Forum. According to the latest Ofcom communications market report for 2011, one in five (18 per cent) of households are now making regular VoIP calls. The ITSPA awards for Best Consumer VoIP assessed a number of solutions available on the market and reviewed factors such as value for money, technical features of the product and customer care.
